• Defined projects: Each phase of the Easca Pathway, and any Extensions, is delivered on a fixed-fee basis. Scope, outcomes, timelines, and costs are agreed upfront so there are no surprises. Projects typically last 3–8 weeks, depending on complexity.
   
• Retainer support: For organisations that need ongoing oversight, we offer monthly fixed-fee retainers. These provide continuity, quality checks, and reporting support at the level you need — without hourly billing.
