About Easca Consulting: Engagement Data Consulting

Easca Consulting was founded by Luiseach Flynn, a specialist in engagement analytics, data governance, and consultation services. Based in Dublin, we work with clients across Ireland, the UK, and Canada.  

I started at SustaiNet in 2012, where I progressed to Director of Customer Success and then Director of Professional Services, assisting organisations in implementing their SRM systems to derive real value. During this time, I noticed a clear pattern: many organisations were engaged in significant engagement work but lacked the internal capacity to manage the underlying data effectively.  

This observation led me to co-found Ixopo Data Services, designed specifically to assist infrastructure organisations in addressing that crucial gap. Ixopo managed the entire data governance process, from data entry and processing to creating structured, governed stakeholder records that organisations could utilize and report on.  

Upon my return to Ireland, I discovered similar challenges in a market that had yet to establish the necessary practices and standards. However, this time, my goal was to work further upstream—rather than just managing data retrospectively, I aimed to help organisations address the governance, structure, and accountability issues that created these problems in the first place.  

That’s the foundation on which Easca was built.
