Easca Pulse™ is a focused diagnostic that establishes a clear baseline of your engagement data, identifying key issues, patterns, and priority areas for improvement.

Most organisations engaged in serious engagement work are often doing more than what their engagement data suggests. However, the data behind these activities is frequently scattered, inconsistent, and challenging to utilize when it matters most.

At the end of an Easca Pulse data diagnostic, there are six key insights you'll gain that you may not be aware of now. 

 At the end of Easca Pulse™, you will have:

Easca Pulse is a structured diagnostic delivered over two to four weeks, depending on organisational size and complexity.

It includes a kick-off session, targeted data collection through interviews and questionnaires, review of existing systems and reporting, and analysis of engagement records across your organisation.

Most of the work is completed externally. The internal requirement is light and focused, ensuring minimal disruption.

The findings are then consolidated into a Pulse Score and a structured review session.
